“流空间”视角下的新型城镇化研究

通过剖析珠三角自改革开放以来的城镇化历程可知,珠三角城镇化是具有"流空间"特征的就地城镇化,而当前珠三角城镇规划无论是规划体系,还是规划编制,都是以"场空间"为导向的,这种规划导向与发展特征之间的不适应性,会带来一系列问题。随着区域城镇化的推进,大都市区域(城镇连绵区)将会成为未来的发展热点;在这种区域大背景下界定"流空间"体系的内涵。相比传统规划视角,"流空间"理论能更好地解释珠三角城镇化的过去;故此,基于"流空间"的视角来分析、预测新型城镇化的发展趋势,为新时期的城镇规划提供参考。     

琶洲PZB1401项目Kalzip直立锁边金属屋面系统及屋面绿化

广州琶洲PZB1401项目中庭会展厅上空的双坡屋面,采用Kalzip直立锁边铝镁锰合金屋面系统及屋面绿化,各构造层次如65/400型直立锁边铝镁锰合金屋面板等,均选用了优质、经济、环保、自重轻、使用寿命长的材料;对屋脊、山墙、檐口等节点进行了精心设计及施工,成功地解决了屋面防水防渗等问题。     

环形支撑在不规则形状深基坑支护中的应用

结合工程实例,论述了环形支撵在不规则形状深基坑中的应用,并且采用环形支撑很好地控制了基坑变形,方便了土方开挖和基础施工.这对类似工程具有参考意义.     

Two-step purification strategy for enhanced recovery of recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen from Pichia pastoris

Univariate screening on factors affecting the purification performance of recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) on ion exchange chromatography (IEC) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and the establishment of a two-step purification strategy were performed. Amongst four IEC adsorbents examined, the use of Q Sepharose XL IEC adsorbent under optimized conditions together with optimized SEC purification was able to efficiently purify HBsAg. An established purification strategy comprising the two techniques further demonstrated adaptability for scale-up operations with a final total purification factor (PF) of 94.82 ± 16.20, HBsAg purity of 95.48% and recovery yield of 78.07%.     

脱硫型水煤浆燃烧脱硫的机理研究

脱硫型水煤浆燃烧具有较高的脱硫率，为深入研究其机理，采用Ｘ射线衍射仪等手段，结合水煤浆燃烧特点，分析了整个脱硫过程．特别对于水煤浆燃烧脱硫优越于煤粉的原因作了解释，提出脱硫型水煤浆具有较高脱硫率的机理在于：耐高温脱硫产物３ＣａＯ３Ａｌ２Ｏ３Ｃａ－ＳＯ４的形成、增湿活化作用以及较低的燃烧温度     

人工神经网络方法在优化动力配煤中的应用研究

对神经网络ＢＰ算法的一些改进作了大量的数值试验研究，并组合了部分改进方法用于动力配煤问题中状态预测过程的建模，最后把神经网络方法纳入到非线性混合离散变量优化设计方法（ＭＤＯＤ法）中，对杭州配煤场 动力配煤过程作了应用介绍。     

几种国产聚丙烯透明成核剂性能的研究

研究了采用国产三代山梨醇透明成核DMDBS制备的透明聚丙烯的光学性能、结晶性能、机械性能与热性能。研究表明,在0~2500ppm内随着添加量的增加,国产三代山梨醇透明成核剂与美利肯3988i具有相似的浊度变化曲线。在同样的添加量下,国产三代山梨醇透明成核剂具有与3988i相近的光学性能、结晶性能、机械性能与热变形温度,且无气味,可作为替代进口透明剂、降低生产成本的有效途径。     

Error-space estimate method for generalized synergic target tracking

To improve the tracking accuracy and stability of an optic-electronic target tracking system, the concept of generalized synergic target and an algorithm named error-space estimate method is presented. In this algorithm, the motion of target is described by guide data and guide errors, and then the maneuver of the target is separated into guide data and guide errors to reduce the maneuver level. Then state estimate is implemented in target state-space and error-space respectively, and the prediction data of target position are acquired by synthesizing the filtering data from target state-space according to kinematic model and the prediction data from errorspace according to guide error model. Differing from typical multi-model method, the kinematic and guide error models work concurrently rather than switch between models.
